Objectives: The aim of this programme is to provide candidates with the standard technical knowledge for Process Operators, Technicians and Support Staff working in/with Bulk Processing Plants (Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Chemical, Food and Medical Devices etc.).
Accreditation: Candidates will receive a City & Guilds Certificate in Pharmaceutical Practices.

Delivery: The programme is provided as a seven week distance learning programme using an innovative mix of home study, text books, and tutor support.
Assessment: There will be five written assignments which are completed at home, a one hour Multiple-Choice Pre-Test and a one hour Multiple-Choice Exam.
Start Date: Wednesday 29th October
Course fees: €600 or reduced to €240 for those eligible for FÁS Funding.
* FÁS Funding is based on the Competency Development Fund and as such requires candidates to be in full-time employment in order to qualify. If you do not qualify for this funding, please contact your local FÁS office to discuss your options.
