This course is aimed at New Process Operators. It provides a solid foundation in the basics of process manufacturing and is customised to your company's specific production processes.
Objectives: This programme is designed as an extended Induction/ Foundation course covering the critical knowledge and skills essential for all new process operators.
Accreditation: This course may be accredited through the City & Guilds 0603 Process Plant Operations programme, as a single module, once the syllabus is covered.

Processing Fluids
Plant Services
Plant Specific Unit Operations
Regulatory Affairs
Process Science
Delivery: A mix of classroom and plant activity.
Assessment: Written assignments (TMA's) may be completed during the course to enhance learning. Multiple Choice Question tests and Short Answer Questions tests may also be included.
