FLI Group Mission Statement
“It is the mission of FLI Group to train, develop and upskill individuals throughout the Irish Labour force, in particular those working in the Lifescience, Food, Drinks and Services Sectors. FLI Group strives to enable those undertaking learning with us to achieve FETAC awards. We aim to empower both individuals and groups with the learning, knowledge and competence to become highly motivated, efficient and effective employees for both their current and prospective employers”.
FLI Group is a major provider of Technical and Management Training to Irish industry since 1989, offering a range of accredited learning programmes for Managers, Supervisors and Operatives. Hundreds of learners have achieved new qualifications with FLI. FLI Group operates nationally with our head office located in Cork. FLI works with a variety of audiences – SME’s, large multinational organizations, Government bodies and the general public through our range of Public Programmes and FÁS projects.
Our team consists of consultants/trainers, all of whom are appropriately qualified and experienced in their own respective fields.
We work closely with FÁS on a number of national initiatives which serve to benefit both individuals and industry alike. We deliver Competency Development programmes to people in industry who wish to raise their skills in a way which will help them reach both their individual and their organisation’s objectives. We also work with those seeking employment in conjunction with FÁS External Training Services, by supporting individuals through a range of accredited programmes which increase their opportunity to return to the workplace. FLI have worked with a number of organisations who have closed down in order to retrain and upskill their people. FLI are delighted to be developing new programmes at the new FÁS training centre in Carrigaline, Cork.
